Strategic Land Acquisition • Fractional Conservation Parks • Professional Guidance
Our Purpose
Traditional nature-based investment has a blind spot: the gap between capital maximization and the reality that philanthropy lacks infinite pockets. At Preserve we provide the knowledge, guidance, and structure to secure Patagonia’s most unique places and keep them untamed—scaling conservation by placing these lands in the best possible hands. Whether through strategic land acquisition or co-owned private parks, we curate each project to match the right impact investor with the right territory.
Our model ensures that conservation goes hand-in-hand with responsible stewardship, creating a lasting legacy that respects the land and supports the wellbeing of neighboring communities.
Invest in nature. Enjoy life. Impact the planet.
Stages of Our Model
01. Land Acquisition
Identifying, validating, and securing exceptional natural lands:
• Targeted search for high-quality natural properties
• Comprehensive legal, technical, and environmental due diligence
• Skilled negotiation in an imperfect and undervalued market
• Securing clean titles and closing acquisitions with certainty
• Ensuring every deal is safe, transparent, and investor-ready
02. Value Creation
Design the project, fund it, match investors, and start development.
• Shaping a project that fits the property
• Preparing the investment case and raising capital
• Bringing in investors who value nature and returns
• Leading planning and early development steps
03. Go To Market
Each project is then prepared for it own different exit:
• Positioning to the right buyer group (global or local)
• Marketing and sales strategy
• Project management and reporting to investors
• Project delivery

End to End Process
Land Scouting
We identify exceptional properties through deep local networks and on-the-ground presence.
Each opportunity is sourced with conservation value, scale, water, access, and long-term potential in mind.
Acquisition
We negotiate and acquire the land through a dedicated land-owning entity.
Transactions are structured to protect investors, ensure clean ownership, and enable future scaling.
Development
We execute low-impact infrastructure and shared facilities with strict environmental standards.
Development enhances access and experience without compromising the integrity of the land.
Feasibility
We evaluate environmental, legal, operational, and economic viability before committing capital.
This early screening ensures alignment with both conservation goals and investment discipline.
Capital Structuring
We design the investment structure, governance, and preferred returns.
Capital is aligned with impact, timelines, and the long-term stewardship of the park.
Comercialization
We onboard members and place fractional ownership aligned with the Preserve model.
This phase transitions the park from capital-enabled to community-activated.
Due Dilligence
We conduct full legal, environmental, technical, and financial due diligence.
Clear title, risk mitigation, and long-term feasibility are validated before acquisition.
Masterplanning
We define land use, conservation areas, access, and low-impact zones.
At least 90% of the land is preserved, with development kept minimal and intentional.
Project Management
We manage operations, stakeholders, communities, and long-term stewardship.
Investors remain at governance level while Preserve handles execution end to end.
Founder's Letter
Invest, Enjoy and Impact
At Preserve, we believe Patagonia must remain wild, low-density, and protected as the natural treasure it is. Between careless development and altruistic philanthropy, there is a blind spot where committed investors can help safeguard this land while still receiving economics returns. We call this philanthropy for profit—and many people are aligned with it.
Our work follows a simple path:
• We identify and secure rare lands with strong ecological and long-term value.
• We create low-impact projects that honor nature and local traditions.
• We give investors access to economic returns, encouraging them to keep investing and fueling a virtuous cycle of protection and impact.
Our vision is to keep Patagonia alive and authentic—its landscapes protected, its people supported, and its stories preserved.
By joining us, you become part of a legacy of stewardship.
