IMPACT INVESTORS

For-Profit Philanthropy — the next step of scaling nature protection.

Welcome to Preserve.

In nature-based projects, there is a blind spot between capital, seeking maximum economic returns, and philanthropy, limited by finite resources.
Preserve occupies that space—creating low-impact parks through co-ownership and fractional use, protecting 90%+ of each territory while supporting neighboring communities.
Built on two pillars—impact investors who make each park possible, and final clients who bring each park to life.
Invest in nature. Enjoy life. Impact the world.

Mario Solari,

Investor, UK

We were invited by Preserve to invest in a remarkable park alongside close friends. From the very beginning, their local insight, careful negotiation, and disciplined acquisition gave us confidence, while Preserve handled every project and stakeholder with care. Three years later, we don’t just see strong value creation—over 2.5x our initial investment—we feel proud of the place we helped protect and enjoy.

Erika Johannson,

CEO Fellow Future, Sweden

At Fellow Future, we build infrastructure for regenerative commerce and impact investment, connecting projects, experts, and capital. From the outset, Preserve stood out for its innovative model—the kind of project we actively support and connect with the right impact investors across the Nordic countries. That alignment led us to formalize our collaboration to drive meaningful, collective impact.

Michael Timmermann,

Private Equity BTG, Brasil

What first caught my attention about Preserve was the clarity and conviction of its model. It thoughtfully balances investor risk and return while choosing to prioritize real impact in nature and communities over maximum profit. It’s a remarkable vision, deeply aligned with the times we’re living in

End to End Process

Land Scouting

We identify exceptional properties through deep local networks and on-the-ground presence.
Each opportunity is sourced with conservation value, scale, water, access, and long-term potential in mind.

Acquisition

We negotiate and acquire the land through a dedicated land-owning entity.
Transactions are structured to protect investors, ensure clean ownership, and enable future scaling.

Development

We execute low-impact infrastructure and shared facilities with strict environmental standards.
Development enhances access and experience without compromising the integrity of the land.

Feasibility

We evaluate environmental, legal, operational, and economic viability before committing capital.
This early screening ensures alignment with both conservation goals and investment discipline.

Capital Structuring

We design the investment structure, governance, and preferred returns.
Capital is aligned with impact, timelines, and the long-term stewardship of the park.

Comercialization

We onboard members and place fractional ownership aligned with the Preserve model.
This phase transitions the park from capital-enabled to community-activated.

Due Dilligence

We conduct full legal, environmental, technical, and financial due diligence.
Clear title, risk mitigation, and long-term feasibility are validated before acquisition.

Masterplanning

We define land use, conservation areas, access, and low-impact zones.
At least 90% of the land is preserved, with development kept minimal and intentional.

Project Management

We manage operations, stakeholders, communities, and long-term stewardship.
Investors remain at governance level while Preserve handles execution end to end.

Why Chilean Patagonia

A Climatic and Sociopolitical Shelter

Chilean Patagonia safeguards some of the planet’s most important freshwater sources, carbon-sequestering native forests, and intact ecosystems. Its southern latitude and geographic distance from global conflict zones place it naturally out of the world’s main geopolitical and environmental stress corridors. Combined with Chile’s institutional stability, this makes Patagonia a rare refuge—for water, climate resilience, nature, and long-term capital.

Remote by Nature, Connected by Infrastructure

Chilean Patagonia offers true remoteness without isolation—easily reached via Santiago, Chile’s capital, which is directly connected to many of the world’s major cities, and then by the iconic Carretera Austral, regional airports, airstrips, and local towns, with five-star and low-impact hospitality already operating or emerging, making now the moment to invest where connectivity, vision, and nature converge.

A Reliable Country with Strong Legal Certainty

Chile offers strong property rights, clear legal frameworks, and respected institutions, making it one of the most reliable destinations in the Global South for foreign investors. Land ownership is secure, contracts are enforceable, and capital can be deployed and managed with predictability. This legal certainty provides long-term confidence for land-backed investments aligned with conservation and stewardship.
