CHILEAN PATAGONIA
It feels like the edge of the world.
But you could BE sleepING there tomorrow.
-
FRESH WATER
The world’s third largest freshwater reserve. An asset the next century will fight over.
-
GEOPOLITICAL AND CLIMATIC REFUGE
Far from every center of conflict. Stable by law. Resilient by nature.
-
CONNECTIVITY
Direct flights to Santiago from 18 major cities. 8 hours from Miami · 10.5 hours from New York & Los Angeles · 13.5 hours from Madrid.
-
BIODIVERSITY
One of the last great biodiversity corridors on Earth — temperate rainforest, glaciers, rivers and mountains coexisting undisturbed.
-
STABILITY AND RULE OF LAW
Chile is the most stable democracy in Latin America. Foreign ownership fully protected. Contracts respected. Laws that hold.
No other territory on Earth concentrates this many irreplaceable
attributes in one place.

FROM VILLAS TO PARKS
One unique territory.
Four components of each Preserve Park.
90%
Alive Park
90% of the total land surface is the wild backyard. Protected and cared. The land that makes everything else more valuable — and one of the reasons you are here.
10%
THE VILLAGE
Where the eco development concentrates. Carefully developed infrastructure — trails, access and the habitat that hosts the villas. Minimal footprint. Maximum integration with the landscape.
1
VILLA
A high-end, low-impact villa designed for 4 guests. One villa each 123 acres (50has). One Eight time fractions per villa as timeshared— equal, registered, transferable and inheritable.

AN IMPACT COMMUNITY
Owning land responsibly
is the most powerful form of conservation.
NATURE
Protected and Alive.
90% of every Preserve Park is protected and alive. Not archived. Not fenced. Alive — with the farming traditions, cattle routes and ways of receiving from the earth that local communities practiced for generations. Where the land allows it, we bring those traditions back. Small farming. Seasonal cattle. Non-invasive land use that keeps the ecosystem breathing.
LOCAL COMMUNITIES
People and Traditions
70% of every park’s workforce is local. A percentage of total revenues is returned directly to the closest community of each park — not as charity, but as a structural commitment built into every operation from day one.
The Co-Ownership Argument
Eight co-owners sharing one villa means eight times less infrastructure, eight times less footprint, eight times less impact on the land — compared to eight individual lots developed separately. Co-ownership is not just a financial model. It is an environmental one.

ABOUT PRESERVE
BORN LOCAL.
TRUSTED GLOBALLY
Traditional nature-based investment has a blind spot: the gap between capital maximization and the reality that philanthropy lacks infinite pockets. At Preserve we provide the knowledge, guidance and structure to secure Patagonia’s most unique places and keep them untamed — scaling conservation by placing these lands in the best possible hands.
Our model ensures that conservation and capital work together, supporting long-term stewardship while respecting the land and contributing to the wellbeing of surrounding communities.
“We connect the right investors with the right territory. Always privately. Always with purpose.”
